22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before adding a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or exclusive Clark County venue clause, have a Nevada attorney draft and review it. Those provisions can materially affect customer rights and require careful presentation and consent.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Infinite Longevity.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent.
